SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed Monday-Friday by 1PM (PST) will ship out the same day. Expedited shipping and international shipping is available.
We offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air and UPS 3-Day with fees depend on your location and package weight. UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Next Day Air orders placed on Thursday/Friday will arrive on Monday.
We ship all over the world using DHL with fees starting at $25 and up.
REFUND PROCESS
Don't love your items? No worries! Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days. In order to speed up the process, please give us a heads-up before sending in a return. Email shop@ohhappyday.com to let us know it's coming.
USPS / UPS PROBLEMS
Can't find your package or USPS/UPS has not delivered on time? Please contact USPS or UPS right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with the postal service. Once your package is in USPS or UPS hands, it's out of our control! If you need more information from us for a claim, please contact us at shop@ohhappyday.com.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Did you enter your Delivery address incorrectly? Uh oh! If you can contact us before 1pm PT the day of order, we can update that for you. However, if you did not realize your mistake or are late to contact us, please place a new order with the correct delivery address. Once your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original order.
HOLIDAY SEASON
Ordering during the holidays? Please keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during busy season. Give yourself plenty of extra time to have your goodies delivered! We are not able to guarantee delivery. If you would like a guaranteed shipping time, choose UPS or USPS Express.

Can I return my item?
Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days! Please email us at: shop@ohhappyday.com to authorize a return. All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives before shipping.
I've already placed my order, how can I add to it?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, it's not too late! Please place another order immediately and email our customer service (shop@ohhappyday.com) to let us know which orders to combine! Please put "COMBINE SHIPPING - ORDERS ### & ###" in the subject line to ensure your new order is combined with your initial order. And we will follow up with a shipping refund shortly.
How much is shipping?
Shipping amounts are confirmed at checkout.
Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes! You may choose faster shipping options at check out. All those last minute surprise parties are saved!
How fast are orders processed?
All orders are shipped within one business day from our Studio in Tacoma, Washington. Most orders placed before 1 pm PST go out same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
Do you have a retail store?
Not yet, but we occasionally do Pop Up Shops.
