 Something wrong with your order? Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We want to get any issues squared away quickly!  

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed before 1 pm PST Monday-Friday go out SAME DAY. (We're so fast!) Orders over $70 qualify for free USPS 3-Day shipping to addresses in the US. Expedited shipping and international shipping is available.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Don't love your items? No worries! Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days! (No slobbery balloons here please.) All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives before shipping your item back. Email shop@ohhappyday.com to authorize a return.

 

USPS / UPS PROBLEMS

 Can't find your package or USPS/UPS has not delivered on time? Please contact USPS or UPS right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with the postal service. Once your package is in USPS or UPS hands, it's out of our control! If you need more information from us for a claim, please contact us at shop@ohhappyday.com.

  

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 Did you enter your Delivery address incorrectly? Uh oh! If you can contact us before 1pm PT the day of order, we can update that for you. However, if you did not realize your mistake or are late to contact us, please place a new order with the correct delivery address. Once your package is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original order.

 

POSTMATES

 Have a Postmates problem? If your order did not arrive, please contact Postmates right away. You will receive your Postmate's Name and Telephone number upon confirmation, so it should be easy to track them down. If there's an issue with the items in your Postmates order, please contact Oh Happy Day same day as you can order up until 5pm and we are out of office after 6pm. We know your Postmates orders are time sensitive!

 

HOLIDAY SEASON

 Ordering during the holidays? Please keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during busy season. Give yourself plenty of extra time to have your goodies delivered! We are not able to guarantee delivery. If you would like a guaranteed shipping time, choose UPS or USPS Express.

Can I return my item?

Do you have a retail store? 
Not yet, but we occasionally do Pop Up Shops!

Is your website secure?

Can I pick up my order in San Francisco?
Not yet, but if you live in San Francisco and order during business hours M-F (10am-5pm) you can select Postmates as a delivery option and a courier will deliver your party supplies in two hours! I know! So FAST!
